North American AMC, LLC is an appraisal management company, outsourcing all appraisal orders to local state licensed or certified appraisers.

As the vendor manager in the appraisal process, North American AMC, LLC does not prepare the appraisal report, nor modify or alter its contents. Therefore, the appraiser who prepares and signs the appraisal report is solely responsible for the statements, conclusions and legal validation of the completed appraisal report.

By submitting an order to North American AMC, LLC (either online, by telephone, or via fax) you agree to the aforementioned terms, as governed by the laws of the State of Virginia.
